Signateur warrants to the original purchaser that the Natural Gas Conversion kit is free from defects
due to workmanship or materials for 1 Year when installed by a professional service technician.
LIMITATIONS & ExCLUSIONS
• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred.
• Warranty will not apply and Signateur is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse,
abuse, alteration or modification, accidents, flare-up fires, improper installation or
installation not in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual.
• This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with the owner paying all
other costs including labor.

For parts and service, please provide the following information:
• Name
• Shipping address
• Phone number
• Pictures of the overall product
• Pictures of the part or issue
• Date of purchase and/or picture of receipt
Our support staff will review the issue and respond within 24 hours. If the part and/or product is
defective, we will replace the defective part and/or product at no cost to you during the warranty
period. Please do not ship your product back to the store or to us. In the event, it becomes necessary
for your product to be returned, we will notify you how to proceed.
