Wheel guard assembly and adjustment
Mount wheel guard 4 to the angle head 1, depress
positioning lever 3 and adjust to required position.
Before operating the tool, observe that position le-
ver is back in locking position.
Safety Instructions
• Do not exceed max. operating speed of tool
and clamping element.
• Observe accurate mounting of tools.
• Secure wor, use clamp or vise to hold work.
• The grinder operator shall wear safety gog-
gles or face shield at all times when the grin-
der is in operation.
• If noise level exceeds 85 dB(A) at the work
station, sound insulation and hearing protec-
tion measures must be taken by the operator.
• For additional personal protection, it is advi-
sable to connect tool to a ground fault circuit
interrupter (only in damp areas).
• Hold power tools by insulated gripping sur-
faces when performing an operation where
the cutting tool may contact hidden wiring or
its own cord. Contact with a «live» wire will
make exposed metal parts of the tool «live»
and shock the operator.

Voltage Warning
• Before connecting tool to a power source,
be sure the voltage supplied is the same as
specified on the name plate of the tool. The
power supply should not vary more than 10%
above or below the voltage indicated on the
nameplate.
• ON-OFF switch
Before connecting power cord to receptacle,
make sure that switch 11 is in the Off «0» Posi-
tion.

This tool is equipped with an electronic variable
speed tachometer selector and an overload cut-
out switch, which operates as follows:
