- Once the head 1 has been freed, it should be placed horizontal to prevent the risk of
damage.
- Remove the side cover.
- Fit the air line G (fig.2) into the hole A behind the column tilting cylinder.
- Fit the pin B into the hole C and secure it with screws and washers D.
- Fit the pin E into the hole F and into the column tilting cylinder bracket F1 and secure
it with the snap ring M.
- Connect the pipeline G to the middle union connected to the column lifting valve H.
- Fit the union of the tank 2 into the pipeline Q, fix the tank 2 to the machine with the nuts
and washers R and tighten the band clamp O onto the pipeline Q (T.I. version only).
- Open the bead breaker arm Z.
- Fit spacer pad U on the pin of the bead breaker cylinder V, then close the bead breaker
arm so that the bead breaker cylinder pin passes through the rotating block.
- Do not screw the nut T onto the bead breaker cylinder pin V until the machine has been
installed and connected to the air line. Tighten the nut T until P is 3-4mm.
- Fit the column guard I and secure it with screws and washers L.
- Fit the side cover.
