Fitting instructions
1)
Remove the spare wheel at the bottom of the vehicle and loosen the exhaust from the suspending rubbers.
2)
Place the mounting pieces (2) and (3) respectively at the right side and the left side of the vehicle on the
provided screw-thread holes. Insert the bolts and the washers but do not tighten.
3)
Place afterwards the tow bar between the 2 mounting pieces so that the points (B) and (C) of the tow bar
match those of the mounting pieces.
Insert the bolts, washers and nuts and tighten everything according to tension.
4)
Assemble the flange-ball (*) together with the socket holder (-p) and the security shackle (-s) and tighten
also firmly.
5)
Refix the exhaust and replace the spare wheel.

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
