CLASSIC SMOOTHIE
2 cups apple juice
2 medium bananas, cut into 2 pieces
2 cups frozen whole strawberries
Place the ingredients in the blender, in the order shown above. Cover and
blend for 15 seconds, or until smooth.
BLUE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING
This creamy, fresh dressing is great with any salad greens. Try it as a dip with
chicken wings or as a dip for your favorite veggies.

cup mayonnaise

cup crumbled blue cheese

1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice

tsp. each, salt and pepper

Place all ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend 30 seconds, or until smooth.
Transfer to a storage container. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Stir before
using. For a larger batch, double the recipe.
Makes about 1 cup.
Tip: For more blue cheese flavor, stir in an additional 2 Tbsp. crumbled blue
cheese after blending.
GREEN SMOOTHIE
1 to 1 ½ cups fresh spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
(may substitute water)
½ cup fresh pineapple, cut
into pieces
½ cup mango, cut into pieces
1 banana
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
Add milk then spinach to blender jar; blend until smooth. Add ground flax
seeds and fresh fruit and blend again. Garnish with pineapple and a straw!
