Problem
Low ice capacity.

Possible Cause
Water inlet valve filter screen is dirty.
Incoming water supply is shut off.
(RN1000/RN1400 Only) Water inlet valve
stuck open or leaking.
The condenser is dirty.
(RN0400 Only) Float valve will not close.
High air temperature entering condenser. Air temperature must not exceed 120°F
Customer Support
To Correct
Remove the water inlet valve and clean
the filter screen.
Open the water service valve.
Place toggle switch in OFF position, if
water continues to enter water trough
replace the water inlet valve.
Clean the condenser. (See Section 4)
Depress float to attempt to clear debris
from valve seat. Call for service if valve
will not close.
(48.9°C) for QuietQube Condensing Unit
or 110°F (43.3°C) for Self-Contained Air-
Cooled.
