to remove the led module:
- Unscrew the front ring (30.200.006) with the wrench key (30.200.118).
- Remove the LED module (30.200.025).
Mounting a New Module in your Module Light Head
to mount the iRC module:
- Put the spring (30.200.129) in position on the socket (30.200.128).
- Push the socket with the spring into the light head body (30.200.008).
- Use the suction cup (30.200.017) to put the IRC bulb (30.200.004) in position.
- Place the positioning ring (30.200.133) on the IRC bulb.
- Use the wrench key (30.200.118) to screw the front ring (30.200.006) onto
the light head body (30.200.008).
NOTE: Always check o-rings (30.200.122 / 30.200.126 / 30.200.127) before
use; grease and / or replace if necessary.
to mount the Xenophot module:
- Put the spring (30.200.129) in position on the socket (30.200.128).
- Put the Xenophot bulb (30.200.014) in position.
NotE: Do not touch the bulb with naked hands, use soft glove or cloth.
- Push the socket with spring and bulb into the light head body (30.200.008).
- Put the reflector (30.200.016) in position.
- Place the positioning ring (30.200.015) on the reflector.
- Use the wrench key (30.200.118) to screw the front ring (30.200.006) onto
the light head body (30.200.008) .
NOTE: Always check o-rings (30.200.122 / 30.200.126 / 30.200.127) before
use; grease and / or replace if necessary.
to mount the hid module:
- Put the HID ballast (30.200.035) into the light head body (30.200.008).
- Put the spring (30.200.037) in position.
- Put the HID bulb (30.200.034) in position.
NotE: Do not touch the bulb with naked hands, use soft glove or cloth.
- Use the wrench key (30.200.118) to screw the extension ring (30.200.007)
onto the light head body (30.200.008).
- Put the reflector (30.200.036) in position.
- Place the positioning ring (30.200.133) on the reflector.
- Use the wrench key (30.200.118) to screw the front ring (30.200.006) onto
the extension ring (30.200.007).
NOTE: Always check o-rings (30.200.122 / 30.200.126 / 30.200.127) before
use; grease and/or replace if necessary.
to mount the led module:
- Push the LED module (30.200.025) into the light head body (30.200.008).
- Use the wrench key (30.200.118) to screw the front ring (30.200.006) onto
the light head body (30.200.008).
