3B6 – THERMO STOP VERSION
Machines with THERMO STOP function may have
cycle time longer than standard machine in case
minimum booster temperature water is not
enough hot for the final rinse. This device
ensures correct final sanitization on the dishes.
- During thermo stop washing process is
displayed "SAFE" until final rinse temperature is
reached and the cycle is finished. (Fig.20)

3B7 – FINAL COLD RINSE
Machines with short final rinse and cold water
have the possibility to perform an extra cold final
rinse after standard hot final rinse.
1- Repeat same procedure as described on
washing cycle (par. 3B3).
2- Press button "F" short cold final rinse before
or right after have started washing cycle.

N.B.
This function is recommended only if you
wish serving chill dishes or glasses for cold
drinks. Short cold final rinse cycle can be
selected only during the period of the
washing cycle. Once the hot final rinse has
started, short cold final rinse is not available
anymore.
