ASSEMBLY
The table for this tool will require assembly prior to using for the first time.
RAIL AND TABLE ASSEMBLY
WARNING! If the stand is not going to be used with the tile saw, ensure the saw is secured onto a flat, level
surface capable of supporting the weight of the saw in addition to any other workpieces. Failure to do so, will
result in personal injury.
1. Slide the water tank through the slot in the machine frame so that the entire tank rests inside.
2. Mount the motor to the machine frame by connecting the supporting frame to it at the point shown in the
diagram. Secure using 2 bolts, elastic washers and the big flat washers.
3. Attach the blade guard to the motor using the locking knob and the flat washer provided.
4. Plug the pump into the back of the motor and attach the pump to the water tank using the 4 suction feet on
the bottom of the pump. Ensure the pump is positioned so it will not interfere with the motion of the table
during cutting operations.
5. Create the rail and table assembly. Slide the table holder through the middle of the rail cover and fit the 2
inserts over the ends of the cover to prevent the table holder from slipping out.
6. Attach the rail and table assembly you have created to the frame using 2 sets of bolts, flat washers and
teeth washers.
7. Before operating this tool, mount the table saw to the table stand by following the steps in the operation
section of this manual.
INSTALLATION
Installing the Water Supply
WARNING! Always disconnect power source before conducting any maintenance.
NOTICE! Never cut without engaging the water supply. To prevent excessive wear on the blade, be sure to
maintain a continuous flow of water over the blade during operation.
NOTICE! Fill the water tank with enough water so that the pump is completely submerged, but water is not
spilling out of the tank.
•
Attach the pump to the water tank using the 4 suction feet under the pump (see step 4 under Assembly).
Be sure to position it in such a way, that it will not interfere with the motion of the table while cutting.
•
Fill the water tank with enough water so that the pump is completely submerged, but water is not spilling
out of the tank.
•
Turn on motor to engage pump.
•
Plug pump into an outlet that is higher than the power cord plug and form a drip loop. This will prevent
water from running down the cord into the outlet.
•
A pressurized water source is not required to maintain the water flow on the cutting blade , due to the
pump action.
NOTICE! Do not use with water warmer than 30 °C.
