TROUBLESHOOTING

Use this chart to help solve any problems that come up.
If you still have problems, please call Customer Service at 1-877-321-8742.
YOUR QUESTION
My device will not
turn on.
My device will not
turn off.
My device error indicator

IT'S POSSIBLE THAT
Your device is not charged.
Your device is plugged in.
You released the power button
before the device beeped.
Your device is not working
properly.
Your device is not connected
properly.
Your device is already charged.

The treatment tip is not making
good contact with your skin.
If you heard the device chime and
saw the treatment completion
indicator ( ) light, your 5 minute
treatment is complete.

HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT
Charge your device. (see page 12)
Unplug the device before attempting to treat.
Hold down the power button until the device
beeps, then release.
Turn your device off, then back on. If the
indicator remains lit, contact Tria Beauty
Customer Care.
Check that the USB cable is properly connected
at both ends and the power supply is plugged
into a working wall outlet. (see page 12)
Turn on device. If the battery indicator shows a
full battery (three bars lit), then your device is
already charged and ready for use.
Charge your device. (see page 12)
Press and release the power button. The device
will beep. The battery indicator will display the
current battery level.
Make sure the treatment tip is in full contact with
the skin when gliding the treatment tip across the
treatment area. (see page 15)
Wait 24 hours to treat the same area of skin.
To treat another area of skin, repeat steps 1-5.
(see pages 14-16)
Charge your device and restart your treatment
session. If the problem persists, contact Tria
Beauty Customer Care.
Make sure the treatment tip is in full contact with
the skin when gliding the treatment tip across the
treatment area. (see page 15)
