Failure
The awning does not respond to the
remote control.

Cause
No power supply present.
The residual current circuit breaker (FI
switch) on your house installation
is in the "off" position.
The voltage is too low.
The remote control battery is dead.
The motor has switched off due to overhe-
ating protection.
The extension length is not set correctly.
One or more screws have come loose.
The awning rubs against an obstacle while
it is moving.
The battery is dead.
The battery is inserted incorrectly.
This effect can result from unavoidable
stretching of the fabric .
Solution
Check the plug for proper connection.
If the connection is not right, contact a
