1. The device works but disseminates a weak or non-existent aroma
a. The nozzle is clogged. > Clean the nozzle, first by dousing it in alcohol for a
few minutes, or by using a thin needle.
b. The pipette has come off. > Put the pipette back on.
c. The diffuser head is clogged. > Clean the diffuser head.
d. There is dirt in the essential oils. > Replace with pure essential oil.
2. Abnormal noise
Problems with the air circulation tubes. > Check the tubes
3. Oil leak
a. The device is tilted. > Stand the device upright.
b. The diffuser head is leaking. > Replace the diffuser head.
