4. Concentration level parameters
(1) Each level corresponds to a given level of concentration, aka O/P (operation
time/pause time). The timing is in seconds. There are 9 default levels:
Level 1

Level 3
O/P=60S/300S
Level 5
O/P=90S/210S
Level 7
O/P=90S/120S
Level 9
O/P=120S/90S
O = operation time (in seconds), P = pause time (in seconds)
