Important Hints on Use
• The temperature of water which will be added into dough at 40+/-5 °C when preparing for dough
is on progress.
• Do not operate the appliance for more than 10mins consecutively when the dough hook, flat bea-
ter, and whisk are working. Running the appliance continuously for too long without a break may
reduce the life span of the appliance. After having used the appliance for 10 minutes, take a break
and wait at least 40-45 minutes before using it again.
• If at any time, the mixer head is raised during an operation, the mixer will automatically stop and
it will not re-start when the mixer head is lowered. To re-start the mixer turn the speed control
button to the off "O" position and then re-select a speed.
• Capability of bowl: 1.5kg flour and 750ml water
• Press the arm release button at the same time lo-
wer the swivel arm with hand so that it locks into
place with a click. The lid must fit tightly with the
mixing bowl, otherwise it is fitted incorrectly. The
appliance is now ready for use.
• Connect the mixer to the power supply. The dis-
play will show 00:00 and beep.
• Turn the Speed control button (10) to the desired
setting (see „Speed Levels" and „Setting Speed"),
the mixer will start. The timer will count up in 1
second intervals. The speed/timer can be chan-
ged at any time whilst the mixer is operating.
• If you need to scrape the inside of the bowl, wait
until the accessory has stopped completely. Use a
spatula. Do not use your fingers.
• Stop the mixer by returning the speed control
button to the off "0" position. Unplug it from the
mains electrical supply before you change the ac-
cessories, or before you take the appliance apart
or when not in use.
• Press the arm release button. At the same time
lift the swivel arm so that it locks into place with
a click.
• Detach the accessory by turning it clockwise.
• Remove the mixing bowl with prepared food in an
anti-clockwise direction.
