1. Check if the power is higher than 22v
2. Ensure you all the wirings are well connected on the terminal block

Check if the LED1 indication is turned on in which case check the
photocells, their connections and their aligning. Put the program H-0 for
the photocells to be inactive during the check of your connections.
Increase the power with the program 7 (setting from 7-1 to 7-6). Update
the phases of slowdown with the program 6 (settings from 6-1 to 6-4).
