8.Warranty and After-sale Service
8.1 Warranty
If a product covered by this warranty is determined to be defective because of defective
materials,components, or workmanship, and the warranty claim is made within the warranty
period, ECGMAC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part(s) free of charge.
Main Unit:
 
ECGMAC warrants that ECGMAC's products meet the labeled specifications of the products
and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship occur within warranty period.
Within one year from the date of delivery, the manufacturer shall provide a free maintenance
after receiving Failure Proof Report.
Accessories:
 
Under normal use and maintenance condition, the warranty will be free if a failure report is
received within half a year from the date of delivery.
Software:
 
The warranty will be free if a failure report is received within a year from the date of delivery.
If you need to upgrade the software, please consult the manufacturer directly.
Note: ECGMAC's obligations under this guarantee do not include freight and other costs. All
costs for products beyond the warranty period and for product maintenance shall be borne by
the user. All maintenance shall be carried out by engineering and technical personnel approved
by ECGMAC.
8.2 Responsibility of Exemption
ECGMAC is not responsible for the damage and delay caused by the following circumstances:
 The user disassembles, stretches and readjusts the instrument.
 Damage caused by alteration or repair by anyone not authorized by ECGMAC.
 Replacement or removal of serial number label and manufacture label.
 Damage caused by mishandling.
 Damage caused by abnormal use beyond the specified use conditions.
8.3 After-sale Service

8.4 Service Life and Production Date
Production date: see product label for details.
Service life of the product: 5 years (the service life is only limited to the main unit excluding the
replaceable accessories; if the product needs to continue to be used after more than 5 years, it
needs to be maintained every six months).
