8 Warranty
Provided the unit is properly used, Renfert warrants the hotty for a period of 3 years. The original sales
invoice of the specialist depot is required for a claim under guarantee. Parts subject to natural wear and
tear and also consumables are not covered by the guarantee.
The guarantee is rendered void in the case of incorrect use, non-adherence to the operating, cleaning,
servicing or connection instructions, repairs carried out by the owner or repairs that are not carried out by
a specialist firm, use of replacement parts from another manufacturer or unusual or unapproved uses not
specified in the user guidelines.
Successful claims under guarantee do not extend the guarantee period.
