OFF Disable screwdriver when error occurred.

Setting value "1" means the screwdriver will be
locked when an error occurs.
Setting value "2" means when two consecutive
errors occurs will lock the screwdriver.
Setting value "3" means when three
consecutive errors occurs will lock the
screwdriver...and so on. If the tightening status
is OK once, it will be recalculated,
ON: When malfunction signal "NS" happens, it
will disable screwdriver immediately: User need
to press "ENTER" button to deactivate rotation
(For I/O part. But screwdriver can reverse.)
OFF: When malfunction "NG" happen,
screwdriver will not stop it will not affect next
activation. It will provide a warning.
Disable screwdriver when batch completed
ON: Stop screwdriver after batch completed.
Users need to press "ENTER" (For I/O part, it is
