Remedies
Fluid viscosity is too high
Dismantle the pump, clean and change
defective parts
Check torque for coupling screws
Modify low speed parameter
Prime the pump again (refer to installa-
tion and operating instructions manual
provided with the pump)
Check tightness of seals and gaskets on
suction side
Invert 2 phase wires for pump power
supply
X-Care is specified not to work for an
internal ambient temperature greater
than +70°C
Check fluid temperature that must not
be above 120°C
