CHAPTER 5
COMMISSIONING
WARNING
Before commissioning the control board, check the work absorption of the pump in use.
NOTE
Valid indication for water disposal and water supply applications
Single-phase control board ammeter protection calibration (plastic container)
In order to configure the protections on the basis of the electric pumps:
1) power the electric control board;
2) select manual configuration by operating on the [AUT/MAN] button;
3) start the desired electric pump by operating on the [ON/OFF] button and ensure that the motor rotates freely;
4) start the electric pump;
5) press the [ON/OFF] start button of the electric pump started until the red and green LEDS [AUT/MAN] start to flash alternately;
7) press the [AUT/MAN] button to confirm the memorisation of the absorption value.

Three-phase control board ammeter protection calibration (metal container)
Set the correct nominal absorbed by the motor by operating on the adjustment
trimmer

CUSTOMISATION

DANGER - ELECTRIC SHOCK RISK
Before performing any manoeuvres, make sure that the electric power supply is disconnected.
ELECTRIC PUMPS TIMED ACTIVATION
Timing starts the moment the pressure switch opens its contacts. Timing is only active in AUTOMATIC [AUT] mode.
ATTENTION
With timing activated, the pumps can reach their maximum pressure. Check that this pressure is not damaging for the plant, the
distribution network or the user equipment.
By operating on the potentiometer of the pump involved, the pumps timer can be connected and disconnected.
