configuration does not send DTMF
tones

Activating the remote configuration
using the ** key is not possible due
to the acoustic feedback
Measure
Call, press button, configuration
mode, 03 1 #, hang up
A remote configuration is only
possible when using a telephone
with DTMF dialling (=telephone that
can send DTMF tones). In system
devices, sending DTMF tones
is only possible after pressing
a function button or entering
certain codes. Please contact your
intercom system support.
If the Behnke Intercom series 10
terminates the connection with
an error tone after the security
code is entered, you have entered
the wrong security code. Enter
the correct security code (default
setting: 0 0 0 0). If the
security code was modified and is
no longer available, please contact
the reseller of your device.
Activate the remote configuration
within 2 seconds after answering a
call using the * key and eliminate
the acoustic feedback, e.g. by
reducing the volume.
