MACHINE SETUP

Position the Jog Select Switch (3) for straight or offset stacking.
Set the Paper Backstop (8) to accommodate the length of paper being processed.
Loosen the lock knobs on both sides and slide the backstop to the desired location.
Scales are provided to assist in locating the backstop.
When side jogging or straight stacking select the lower side guides that provide the best
coverage for the sheets being run. Use the large guides for sheets over 297 mm (11").
STRAIGHT STACKING
Mount the straight guide on the operator's side mounting block, use the scale to determine
the proper location. The non-operator's lower side guide is the only lower guide required for
straight stacking.
OFFSET STACKING
Select and mount the correct length jogging arms and lower side guides for the stock. The
jogging arms should be positioned using the scale for assistance. To adjust the operator's
side lower side guide, verify that the joggers are towards the operator's side, if not cycle with
the jog switch (4). When the joggers are in position, slide the lower guide so it lines up with
the edge of the jogging arm.
Note: The plexiglass safety cover and the backstop have safety interlock switches in them,
should either be out of position, the TD/TD–T will not function and the collator will also
be inoperable.
