  • Page 4 Centrale di comando SA.02 La centrale elettronica SA.02 può essere utilizzata per il controllo di 2 motori con potenza non superiore a 350+350W. AVVERTENZE GENERALI a) L’installazione elettrica e la logica di funzionamento devono essere in accordo con le normative vigenti.
  • Page 5 Verifica collegamenti: 1) Togliere alimentazione. 2) Sbloccare manualmente le ante, portarle a circa metà della corsa e ribloccarle. 3) Ripristinare l’alimentazione. 4) Dare un comando di passo-passo mediante pulsante o radiocomando. 5) Le ante devono muoversi in apertura. Nel caso ciò non avvenisse, è sufficiente invertire tra loro i fili di marcia del motore.

  • Page 8 SA.02 Control Unit The electronic control unit SA.02 can be used to control 2 motors with a power not exceeding 350+350W. GENERAL WARNINGS a) The wire connections and the operating logic should be in compliance with regulations in force. b) The cables featuring different voltage should be physically detached, or adequately insulated by an additional insulation of at least 1 mm.
  • Page 9 To check connections: 1) Cut-off power supply. 2) Manually release the wings, move them to approx. half-stroke and lock them again. 3) Reset power supply. 4) Send a step-by-step control signal by pressing the button or the remote control key. 5) The wings should start an opening movement.
  • Page 10 To preset the braking speed If activated by DIP3=ON, it permits to select speed during the motor braking phase: 1 With motor stopped, preset Dip-switch DP1 to the desired speed, as shown in the table beside. 2 Press button P1, wait that LED PROG switches off. The braking speed is not preset.
  • Page 11 To disable the test function to check the power circuit good conditions: 1 Move Dip-switch 3 of the selector switch DP1 to ON, all others to OFF. 2 Press button PGM, wait that LED PROG switches off. 3 Move the Dip-switches to the original position. 4 With the deactivated function, even in the case of faulty power circuit, the control unit will execute the controls.
  • Page 12 Steuereinheit für SA.02 Die elektronische Zentrale SA.02 kann zur Kontrolle von 2 Motoren mit einer Leistung von maximal 350+350W verwendet werden. ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE a) Die elektrische Installation und die Betriebslogik müssen den geltenden Vorschriften entsprechen. b) Die Leiter die mit unterschiedlichen Spannungen gespeist werden müssen physisch getrennt oder sachgerecht mit einer zusätzlichen Isolierung von mindestens 1 mm isoliert werden.
  • Page 13 Anschlüsse überprüfen: 1) Stromversorgung abtrennen. 2) Von Hand die Torflügel entsichern, bis auf halbem Hub führen und wieder blockieren. 3) Wieder Strom geben. 4) Einen Schritt-Schritt-Befehl über die Taste oder die Fernsteuerung geben. 5) Die Torflügel müssen sich öffnen. Anderenfalls die Leiter für den Betrieb der Motoren (27<>28 für den Motor M1, und 24<>25 für den Motor M2 ) und die entsprechenden Eingänge der Endschalter (10<>12 für den Motor M1, und 11<>13 für den Motor M2) umkehren.
  • Page 14 Einstellung der Geschwindigkeitsabnahme Ermöglicht es die Geschwindigkeit bei der Geschwindigkeitsabnahme der Motoren zu wählen, wenn DIP3=ON: 1 Bei stillstehendem Motor Dip-Schalter DP1 auf die gewünschte Geschwindigkeit laut Angaben der nebenstehenden Tabelle einstellen. 2 Taste P1 drücken und abwarten bis die Meldeleuchte LED PROG erlischt. Nun ist die Geschwindigkeitsabnahme eingestellt.
  • Page 15 3 Die Dip-Schalter auf die Ausgangsposition zurück schalten. 4 Wenn die Überprüfung aktiviert ist und der Leistungskreislauf defekt oder der Temperaturschutzschalter eingeschaltet worden ist, nimmt die Zentrale keinerlei Steuerung vor. “Funktionstüchtigkeit des Leistungskreislaufes überprüfen” deaktivieren: 1 Dip-Schalter 3 des Wählers DP1 auf ON und alle anderen auf OFF schalten. 2 Taste PGM drücken und abwarten bis die Meldeleuchte LED PROG erlischt.

  • Page 17 Vérification des connexions: 1) Couper le courant. 2) Déverrouiller les portes manuellement, les placer à environ la moitié de leur course et les rebloquer. 3) Restaurer l’alimentation. 4) Donner une commande de pas à pas en intervenant sur le bouton ou sur la radiocommande. 5) Les portes doivent se déplacer en ouverture.
  • Page 18 Programmation de la vitesse de ralentissement Permet de sélectionner la vitesse durant la phase de ralentissement des moteurs si activée au moyen de DIP3=ON: 1 Le moteur étant à l’arrêt, programmer le Dip-switch DP1 sur la vitesse désirée, de la manière indiquée dans le tableau.
  • Page 19 3 Placer les dip-switches dans leur position initiale. 4 Le contrôle étant activé, en cas de panne au circuit de puissance ou d’intervention de la protection, la centrale n’effectue aucun type de commande. Débranchement fonction de vérification de l’intégrité du circuit de puissance: 1 Placer le dip-switch 3 du sélecteur DP1 sur ON, tous les autres étant sur OFF.

  • Page 21 Comprobación de las conexiones: 1) Cortar la alimentación. 2) Desbloquear manualmente las hojas, llevarlas a aproximadamente mitad de la carrera y bloquearlas de nuevo. 3) Restablecer la alimentación. 4) Dar un mando de paso-paso mediante botón o mando a distancia. 5) Las hojas deben moverse en apertura.

UWAGI OGÓLNE a) Instalacja elektryczna i sposób funkcjonowania muszą być zgodne z obowiązującymi normami. b) Przewody zasilania o różnym napięciu muszą być odzielone od siebie albo odpowiednio izolowane, z zastosowaniem dodatkowej, przynajmniej 1 milimetrowej warstwy izolacyjnej.
  • Page 25 Sprawdzanie połączeń 1) Odłączyć zasilanie 2) Odsprzęglić ręcznie skrzydła bramy, przesunąć na pozycję do około połowy biegu, a następnie zablokować. 3) Włączyć zasilanie. 4) Przy pomocy przycisku lub pilota dać polecenie przesuwu typu posuw-posuw. 5) Podczas fazy otwierania skrzydła bramy powinny poruszać się. Gdyby tak się nie stało, należy zamienić przewody biegu silnika.
  • Page 26 Ustawienie szybkości hamowania Jeżeli funkcja ta jest aktywowana przez ustawienie DIP 3 w pozycji ON, pozwala na ustalenie szybkości w fazie hamowania silników.   • Page 27 Wyłączenie funkcji testowania obwodu mocy: 1 Ustawić dip-switch 3 przełącznika DP1 w pozycji ON, natomiast wszystkie inne w pozycji OFF. 2 Wcisnąć przycisk PGM i zaczekać aż LED PROG zgaśnie. 3 Ustawić dip-switch w poprzedniej pozycji. 4 Jeżeli funkcja kontroli jest wyłączona, centralka wykona polecenie, także w przypadku wystąpienia anomalii obwodu mocy.
