USE

BUTTONS (See fig.1)

SW1. START/STOP button
With board on STANDBY:
• press once to activate/end the selected cycle.
• long-press for one second to deselect the cycle.
SW2. MODE button
With board on STANDBY:
• press once to select a manual cycle.
SW3. INCREASE button
• increases a value on the display.
SW4. DECREASE button
• decreases a value on the display.
SW5. PROGRAM button
With board on STANDBY:
• press once to select a program.
• long-press for four seconds to store a program.With board
ON:
• press once to display the number of the selected program for
five seconds.
SW6. ON/OFF button
• long-press for one second to switch the board on or off.

DISPLAY

• It shows either three dashes, the label of the selected mode
or the program number.
• It shows the countdown for the time mode and the heating
power level for holding mode.

OPERATION

When the board is OFF, the display is switched off. The L10 led
is lit. The ON/OFF button (SW6) is backlit in red.
To switch the board on, press the ON/OFF button (SW6) for
one second: the display shows three dashes and all the but-
tons are backlit in white.
• press the MODE button (SW2) to select a manual cycle.
• press the PROGRAM button (SW5) to select a preset cycle.
• press the START/STOP button (SW1) to start the selected
cycle.
When the cycle has started, the display shows the countdown
if cooking is in progress, or the power level in the case of a
holding cycle.
• press the START/STOP button (SW1) to halt a cycle in pro-
gress.
• long-press the START/STOP button (SW1) for one second to
deselect the cycle.

SELECTING A MANUAL CYCLE

Press the MODE button (SW2) to select a manual cycle.
• Press the button once to select the central elements: the di-
splay shows "-0-".
• Press the button a second time to select the side elements:
the display shows "0-0".

• Press the button a third time to select all the elements: the
display shows "000".
• Pressing the button for the fourth time selects holding mode,
the display shows "HLd".Press the button again to deselect
everything: the display reverts to showing three dashes.
After selecting a mode, press the START/STOP button (SW1)
to confirm the selection and proceed, if necessary, to change
the parameters.

COOKING MODE

• After selecting the cooking mode, press the START/STOP
button (SW1) to confirm the selection.
• The display flashes with the last time set.
• The value on the display flashes and can be changed using
the INCREASE (SW3) or DECREASE (SW4) button.
• A time of between 1 and 20 minutes can be set.
• Press the START/STOP button (SW1) to start the cycle or
position a plate on the grill.
• While the cycle is running, the time is shown in minutes on
the display and the leds identifying the operating elements
flash [L2-L3-L4]. An acoustic signal sounds at the end of the
set time.
• The display shows the message "End".
• Press the START/STOP button (SW1) or remove the plate to
return to time setting and be able to restart a new cycle.
• Long-press the START/STOP button (SW1) for one second
to deselect the cycle.
• During a -0- cooking cycle, the central element(s) are always
on and the side elements are always off; when the time runs
out, the central element(s) cycle according to a preset time.
• During a 0-0 cooking cycle, the side elements are always on
and the central elements are always off; when the time runs
out, the side elements cycle according to a preset time.
• During a 000 cooking cycle, the central element(s) switch
on cyclically according to a preset time, the side elements
are always on; when the time runs out, the central elements
switch off, while the side elements switch on cyclically accor-
ding to a preset time.

HOLDING MODE

During a holding cycle, only the side heating elements operate,
doing so intermittently.
• After selecting the holding mode (HLd), press the START/
STOP (SW1) button to confirm the selection.
• The display flashes with the last power level set.
• The value on the display flashes and can be changed using
the INCREASE (SW3) or DECREASE (SW4) buttons.
• There are seven selectable power levels corresponding to
the temperatures indicated in the table below.
• After setting the level, press the START/STOP (SW1) but-
ton or put a plate in position to start the cycle. The led [L7]
flashes.
• The cycle ends when the START/STOP button (SW1) is pres-
sed or the plate is removed, at which point a new power level
can be set for a new cycle.
