Troubleshooting

Condition
Not generating pressure
Difficult to prime
Not able to develop maximum pressure
while in pressure (P) mode
Cause
Air trapped in grease cartridge
Check-ball not seated
Spring in check valve not seated properly in threads
Dirty grease
Selector valve (4) not fully engaged
Bypass valve, check ball or check ball seat dirty
Air bleed/filler valve open
Dirty grease

Solution
Follow force prime instructions
Flush path of steel ball and spring
Seat steel ball and spring
Clean gun and fill with clean grease
Push pressure (P)/volume (V) switch (4) until it
reaches full stop
Remove cylinder from head and clean bypass
valve, ball and seating
Turn air bleed/filler valve (7) clockwise until
closed
Remove dry grease
