Description

The model 1154 grease gun has a dual-
piston feature that allows operation in
volume (V) or pressure (P) mode († Fig. 1).
With the selector valve in the volume (V)
position, the gun delivers 1 ounce
(28.4 grams) of grease in 9 strokes.
Shifting the selector valve to the
pressure (P) position allows the gun to
develop 10,000 psi (690 bar).
Three different loading methods are
available with this grease gun: cartridge,
suction and a loader pump method.
Model 1154 includes a combination vent
valve and loader fitting.

Model 1154 is spring-primed with an air
bleed valve to aid priming. The seals are
compatible with petroleum-based greases.
WARNING

Do not use any hose rated below
10,000 psi (690 bar). Model 1154
can develop up to 10,000 psi (690 bar)
pressure.
Use safety glasses and gloves for
protection during operation.

or serious personal injury.
