Installation example
Electrical connections
fig. 3
fig. 5
The recessed CHU L box offers different options to carry out the electrical connections; they should comprise
two properly sized ducts (machine feeding, fan check); the possible configurations, illustrated in figures 3-4-5
and 6, are:
A - pre-installation from the bottom with feeding box (recommended configuration, fig. 3).
B - pre-installation from the lateral holes with feeding box (fig. 4).
C - pre-installation from the right (fig. 5).
D - pre-installation from the bottom (fig. 6).
The choice among these options depends on the solutions adopted for the construction of the electrical system.
It is, therefore, possible to choose the most advantageous solution on the basis of the various requirements.
Remember that the assembly of the distribution box is a solution, by way of example, tested by Aermec with
Gewiss products. The electrical box is not supplied.
WARNING
Remember that, whichever the configuration
chosen, the earth connection has to be done
between the recessed CHU L box and the
indoor unit (as indicated in fig. 7); the con-
nection cable, supplied with the kit, has two
quick-coupling fittings to simplify the con-
nection operation.
