Preparations for operation
POSITIONING THE APPLIANCE
The maximum ambient temperature and relative humidity limits not to be
exceeded are +40°C and 85% RH, respectively. Position the appliance where good
air circulation is ensured. Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm from all sides of
the appliance. Keep the appliance away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the
appliance on a level, firm, clean, fireproof, and dry surface and out of the reach of
children and individuals with reduced mental, sensory and intellectual capacities.
Before the first use, remove all accessories and wash them clean along with the
entire appliance.
3.3.
Operating the appliance
1. Put the water container on the frame. Fill the container with warm water
(use enough water so that it will not spill over when the GN container is
placed in the water container). For RCCD-RT6_9L, RCCD-RT3_6L, and RCCD-
RT7_6L, use hot water the steam and temperature of which are the source of
heat to stop the food temperature from dropping. As the temperature of the
water in the container drops, so does the temperature of the food, so it is
important to control both the water level in the container and its
temperature, and top up hot water when needed.
2. Place the GN container with the food in it in the water container. Close the
lid.
