2.2 Machine-specifi c Safety Warnings
Read all safety warnings, instructions,
illustrations and specifi cations provided
with this power tool.
Failure to follow all instructions listed below may
result in electric shock, fi re and/or serious injury.
► Regularly clean the power tool's air fi ns.
The motor's fan will draw the dust inside the
housing and excessive accumulation of powdered
metal may cause electrical hazards.
► Do not operate the power tool near fl ammable
materials.
Sparks could ignite these materials.
Do not point the power tool at the same place for a
long period of time: This may cause damage or fi re.
This may result in damage or fi re.
► Do not use the power tool in an explosive atmosphere:
This may cause fi re or explosion.
► When using the power tool, heat may be conducted
to combustible materials that are covered:
This can cause fi res to start unnoticed. Always make
sure that there are no concealed fl ammable materials
in the working area.
After use, allow the power tool to cool before packing
it away: To prevent fi re and damage, the power tool
must always be allowed to cool after use.
► The power tool must not be operated unattended: To
prevent damage to materials and people, the power
tool must always be supervised during operation.

3.0 Operation/Application
The Weldmaster 2.0 is suitable for seam welding on fl oor
coverings made of PVC, linoleum, polyolefi n and rubber.
The air temperature required for welding varies depending
on the material. Always follow the manufacturer's instruc-
tions.
The 5 air jets only coat the groove surface, so that the
surface fi nish is usually not damaged.
In case of doubt, tests should be carried out in advance on
a residual piece.
3.1 Preparations
To achieve optimum results, the machine must be properly
adjusted and the fl oor properly prepared before starting
work.
3.1.1 Milling the groove
A groove suitable for the welding cord must be present in
the seam area.
This groove can be milled with the WOLFF Fräsmaster or
Fräsjunior.
If you are unsure about the depth, please contact your
local sales representative or WOLFF Application Enginee-
ring.
3.1.2 Making the machine ready for operati
Plug in the mains plug.
Display lights up and shows the current actual temperature
and the set speed in the main screen (Fig. F+G).
