SUPPLY PIPE AND RETURN AIR
Pellets transport system max. supply length and height:
These values can be achieved with a stable power supply (min.220 VAC under load!)
•
25 m in length per 1.8 m difference in height between the level of the highest / lowest pipe
•
15 m in length per 2.8 m difference in height between the level of the highest / lowest pipe
•
lower 10 m in length per 4.5 m difference in height between the level of the highest / lowest pipe
Important:
•
Do not bend the pipes; minimum bending radius 25 cm.
•
The pipes cannot be arranged with up-down sections. "Pockets" form that cannot ensure proper pellets supply.
•
Choose the shortest section from the storage tank to the supply unit and arrange the pipes so that they cannot be trodden on.
•
The pellets transport pipe must be a single piece, the return air pipe can even be made up of several pieces but
outside the storage tank.
•
The pipe must be earthed so that during pellets transport it is not charged with static electricity.
•
The pipes are suitable up to a temperature of 60°C, therefore they cannot be placed in front of non-isolated heating pipes and
combustion fumes extraction pipes.
•
The pipes cannot be installed outdoors because UV rays would make them fragile.
PELLET STORAGE TANK
Before installation check the size of the pellet storage system to be installed (silos, big-bag, storage tank, etc.) and the minimum distances
from the ceiling and walls of the room in which the tank will be installed.
For further information, please refer to the instruction manual of the tank.
