Synergic lines

Safety

Standard syner-
If charging using a standard synergic line, consumers (warning lights, etc.) may be oper-
gic lines (1+2)
ated while charging. Please note the following:

Service synergic
A service synergic line is only active for charging. If charging has finished, the charger
lines (3+4)
leads are disconnected or the mains supply is interrupted, the charger automatically
switches over to the previously set standard synergic line - synergic line 1 or 2.

WARNING! Operating the equipment incorrectly can cause serious injury and
damage. Follow the battery manufacturer's instructions. The battery must not be
connected to the charger when setting parameters.
The current used over a long period must be less than the charging current
If the charging current is less than the current used over a long period, the battery will
become discharged
The charging period is longer in the event of additional consumer loads and may there-
fore trigger a safety cut-out
WARNING! If a service synergic line is used for charging a deep-discharge bat-
tery, detonating gas is produced and builds up. A battery may only be charged
using a service synergic line when it is removed from the vehicle. Ensure proper
ventilation in the area in which charging is taking place.
Keep pressing the Stop/Start button until the LED combination for the desired synergic

line is selected, e.g.:
Wait 10 s

Selection is saved
NOTE! Do not connect a battery during these 10 seconds. If a battery is connect-
ed during this time, the synergic line is not saved.
Both ready indicators light up. The charger is ready for the next charging process
