SW1 Dip switch configuration
Refer to Figure 1 of page 5 and identify the SW1 switch position:
Configure the dip switches on SW1, according to the requirements of the installed system and refer to the
following table:

Notes:
(*) Dip2 must be in the ON position only if keyboards SWC4, SWC8 and DCMT8 at 9600 baud are used.
Otherwise it must always be in the default (OFF) position.
(**)During normal operation, always leave Dip3 in the OFF position.
(***) To prevent transmission errors on the RS485 line, set Dip4 to the ON position (load inserted).
Moreover, make sure that keyboards or matrixes operating in RS485 have the load inserted in the RS485
line that communicates with the DCFIT.
Configuration of JP1 and JP2 Jumpers
Refer to Figure 1 on page 5 and identify the position of the JP1 and JP2 jumpers. Set the jumpers in
position A or B according to system requirements (see the Connections section on page 7):
