REPLACING COMPONENTS
7.5 BURNER REPLACEMENT
Stove: Remove the burner (e.g. Fig. 4/A) / Extract the burner body/ Position the new burner
Gas oven: Remove, in sequence, the grills, tray holders and oven base
•
Loosen the retaining screws
•
Pull out the spark plug and thermocouple
•
Remove the burner
•
Position the new burner and tighten the retaining screw again
Check the gas seal with the appropriate instruments and replace the parts removed in the correct order
7.6 HEATER REPLACEMENT
•
Remove, in sequence, the grills, tray holders and oven base
•
Loosen the retaining screws (e.g. Fig. 6/A) and disconnect the
electrical connections
•
Dismantle the heater
•
Fit the new heater and restore the connections
7.7 GAS THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT
•
Remove the bulb from the support (e.g. Fig. 7/A)
•
Unscrew the gas inlet and outlet connections (e.g. Fig. 7/B)
•
Unscrew the thermocouple
•
Install the new THERMOSTAT
•
Check the minimum screw (see section 6.4 e Technical Data
Tables)
7.8 ELECRICAL THERMOSTAT
REPLACEMENT
•
Remove the bulb from the support (e.g. Fig. 8/A)
•
Install the new THERMOSTAT and secure it to the switch
•
Insert the new bulb into the support
7.9 BULB REPLACEMENT
•
Disconnect the electrical connections
•
Fit the new bulb (e.g. Fig. 8/D)
•
Reconnect the cables
If necessary, check the gas seal with the appropriate
instruments and replace the parts removed in the correct
order
