REPLACING COMPONENTS
Whenever it is necessary to operate inside the appliance (connections, commis-
sioning, checking operations, etc.) prepare for the necessary operations (removal
of panels, elimination of electric-gas-power supply) in compliance with the safety
conditions
Before proceeding refer to section 2.2 e:
1. Remove the panel and knobs (e.g. Fig. 1/A)
2. Stove: remove the grills and burner-caps (e.g. Fig. 1/B)
Oven: open the door (e.g. Fig. 1/D).
7.1 CUT-OFF COCK REPLACEMENT
•
Unscrew the gas inlet (e.g. Fig. 2/E) and outlet (e.g. Fig. 2/A and
B) connections.
•
Unscrew the thermocouple (e.g. Fig. 2/D)
•
Unscrew the screws fastening the bracket and remove the tap
•
Fit the new tap
•
Check the idle screw (see chap.6 and Technical Data Tables) and
restore the connections

THERMOCOUPLE
(MOD. 650)
•
Unscrew the thermocouple from the cut-off cock (e.g. Fig. 2/D)
•
Unscrew the thermocouple (e.g. Fig. 3/A)
•
Fit the new thermocouple and tighten the connections again
THERMOCOUPLE REPLACEMENT
(MOD. 600)
•
Remove the fixing clip and the thermocouple from the burner
•
Fit the new thermocouple and restore the connections
7.3 PLUG REPLACEMENT (MOD. 650)
•
Disconnect the high voltage cable from the plug (e.g. Fig. 3/B)
•
Remove the spring (e.g. Fig. 3/C)
•
Fit the new plug.
•
Connect the high voltage cable (e.g. Fig. 3/B)
PLUG REPLACEMENT (MOD. 600)
•
Unscrew the thermocouple from the tap
•
Disconnect the high voltage cable and replace the spark plug
•
Connect the high voltage cable and tighten the nut
7.4 PIEZOELECTRIC REPLACEMENT
•
Disconnect the cable from the piezoelectric igniter (e.g. Fig. 3/D)
•
Dismantle the igniter to be replaced
•
Fit the new piezoelectric igniter and tighten the connections again
