Shutting down
Pull the red knob on the safety valve up
until the container is depressurized.
Empty the spray appliance and rinse it
with clear water.
Note
The choice and disposal of the spray liquid
depend on the instructions by the manufac-
turer.

Maintenance Works
After 50 uses, at least once per year:
Clean the nozzle under running water, if
necessary using a needle.

Unscrew the fastening screws and dis-
assemble the pump.

Lubricate the pump collar and the O-
ring with a little resin and acid free
grease.
Figure 3:
Remove filter between the shut-off
valve and the spiral hose and clean un-
der running water.

Lubricate the O-ring with a little resin
and acid free grease.
Troubleshooting
The container is not building up
pressure
Check pump, screw in tightly.
Check the O-ring (see chapter "Care
and Maintenance") on the pump, re-
place the O-ring if defective.
Remove the remaining liquid from the
container.
Note
When pouring out via the fill opening, some
liquid will remain in the container.
Unscrew the spiral hose from the con-
tainer output and pour out the remaining
liquid.

Check the pump collar (see chapter

replace it if defective.
Liquid is escaping from the top of
Check, clean or replace the valve ring at
the bottom of the pump.
Nozzle will not spray, but pressure
Check and clean the filter (see Chapter
"Care and Maintenance").
Check, clean nozzle.
Safety valve blows off too soon
Safety valve defective, replace.
Shut-off valve does not close, liquid
escapes without activating the lever
Check or grease the O-ring (see chap-
ter "Care and Maintenance"), replace
the O-ring if defective.
Check the pressure bolt (see chapter
"Care and Maintenance"), replace it if
defective.
Manometer does not display any
container pressure
Replace manometer.
