Storage station
Removal from storage mode sequence (Q7 = 0)
Via input I4 on the control panel, a rising edge can be used to increment the BitCode shown in the
WebVisualization ("BitSelection" under the color selection). Here you can select the color of the workpiece
to be removed from storage.
0 = red
1 = black
2 = silver
3 = transparent
4 = not assigned
5 = not assigned
The counter counts from 0 to 5, then resets back to 0.
1. The color is set with the BitCode at input I4
2. The sequence is started by clicking "Start" on the control panel
3. The set workpiece is removed from storage.
4. The workpiece is transported to the output slide.
5. The gantry moves to the waiting position

workpiece to be removed from storage.
The counter counts from 0 to 5, then resets back to 0.
6. The storage level is set with the BitCode at input I4
7. The sequence is started by clicking "Start" on the control panel
8. A workpiece is removed from the set storage level
9. The workpiece is transported to the output slide.
10. The gantry moves to the waiting position
