If the light is insufficient the auxiliary focus light
can help the lens to focus more easily .
To properly use the focus light, you need to
activate the camera lens auto focus (AF) . Please
refer to the camera's manual .
Open the transmitter focus assist function
(available in the Canon Camera Custom or custom
settings (C . Fn3)) to activate the focus assist function .
Hot Shoe
The transmitter is connected to the hot shoe of the Canon or Nikon camera . If the
shutter is half-pressed, the transmitter automatically recognizes the camera . Then
all information will be sent to the receiver and the receiver achieves an E/i-TTL
off-camera flash . The maximum flash sync speed is 1/8000s .
