Installation
Application
Bus video line rectifier for Siedle
In-Home: Video. The device supplies
the Siedle In-Home bus and houses
the electronic control system for the
bus users. Integrated door release
and light contact. Optional plug-in
facility for the bus line rectifier
accessory ZBVG 650-..., required for
programming via a Windows PC
(BPS 650-... from V 2.00 with
PRI 602-... USB) or in the event of
multiple-line systems.
Additional slot for bus video line
rectifier accessory ZBVNG 650-...,
required for larger range attenuation
or for multiple-line systems.
Application
The Siedle In-Home bus is intended
for integrated door and in-house
communication in buildings.
Any other application is deemed not
in accordance with its intended use
and exonerates the manufacturer
from any liability.
Danger
Mounting, installation and
servicing work on electrical
devices may only be performed
by a suitably qualified electrician.
Failure to observe this regulation
could result in the risk of serious
damage to health or fatal injury
due to electric shocks.
• Observe DIN EN 60065!
In a building installation, an all-pole
mains switch with a contact opening
of at least 3 mm must be provided.
The device must not be exposed to
water drops or sprayed water!
Sufficient ventilation must be
ensured. Pay particular attention to
ensure that ventilation slots are not
covered.
• For surface mounting, ensure that
"protection against direct contact"
with active parts is provided. For
details, consult VDE 0100/DIN 57100
part 410.
• When using stranded cores as
cable material, these must be fitted
with wire end ferrules without fail.
• The line rectifier in the 120 V
version may only be operated in a
closed switch cabinet. Covering
solely with the ZAP 9-0 is not
sufficient. The 120 V variant may
only be used in conjunction with ITE
devices. (Information Technology
