observe the following directives before proceeding to
install or operate this appliance:

1.4 General Safety Messages
WARNING: FIRE, BURN, CARBON
MONOXIDE, AND/OR EXPLOSION HAZARD.
Never use use this appliance as a space heater
to heat or warm the room. Doing so may result in
carbon monoxide poisoning and the overheating
of the oven. Failure to obey this warning could
result in death or serious injury:
WARNING: FIRE, BURN, CARBON
MONOXIDE, AND/OR EXPLOSION HAZARD.
Failure to obey the following warnings could
result in death or serious injury:
• Use only Dometic replacement parts and
components that are specifically approved for use
with the appliance.
• Avoid improper installation, adjustment, alterations,
service, or maintenance of the appliance. Do not
repair or replace any part of the appliance unless
specifically recommended in this manual. Installation,
service, and maintenance must be done by a
qualified service person only.
• Do not modify this product in any way. Modification
can be extremely hazardous.
• Do not store items of interest to children in cabinets
above the range. Children climbing on the range to
reach the item could be seriously injured.
• In case of fire or gas leak, be sure to turn off the main
gas shutoff valve.
• Remove the oven door from any unused range if it is
to be stored or discarded.
WARNING: TIPPING HAZARD. Failure to obey
the following warnings could result in death
or serious injury:
• Stepping, leaning, or sitting on the door or drawer of
this range can result in serious injuries and also cause
damage to the range. Do not allow children to climb
or play around the range. The weight of a child on
an open door may cause the range to tip, resulting in
serious burns or other injury.
• Children should not be left alone or unattended in the
area where the appliance is in use. They should never
be allowed to sit or stand on any part of the appliance.
