9.2.2 Video cable connection

CAUTION! In order to reduce the risk of fire,
only use cables with sections greater than
or equal to 0.13mm² (26 AWG).
We suggest the following coaxial cables:
• RG59
• RG174A/U UL1354
We suggest the following Ethernet cables:
• STP, Category 5E (or higher)
9.2.2.1 Video cable connection (analog
output signal)
The video cable leading out of the housing must
be connected to the analogue video output (J8, 8.4
Connector board description, page 23).
9.2.2.2 Video cable connection (IP generic
camera)
Do not connect RS-485 cable and the video
cable when using an IP camera.
The Ethernet network cable leading out of the
housing must be connected directly to the generic
IP camera.
