STEP 3 : SELECTING THE PROGRAM

STEP 4 : CHOOSE THE "wARM-UP PHASE" AND ALT SIM OPTION

The screen proposes a warming-up phase before starting the active phase of the program.
The "
" WARM-UP PHASE pictogram blinks in the top right corner.
To select it, press "
", otherwise press the " " key, and validate "

If you have selected the warm-up phase, "
" is displayed when starting the program, as the warm-up phase is only in the
simultaneous mode.
The screen is displayed :
- the battery level,
- phase duration (countdown in minutes),
- timer pictogram,
- the "

" option and warm-up phase if you have selected them.
The pictogram for the program chosen is lit, the muscle zone(s) chosen blink alternately.
STEP 5 : LAUNCHING THE START - ADjUSTING INTENSITY
Then, press the " " buttons of the intensity keys matching the wires connected to your electrodes or your belt to start the program.
If the battery is low, do not start the program.
The power level(s) are displayed at the bottom of the screen. The intensities vary during the session according to the program's
content.
A long press on the " " key returns the power rapidly to 0.
STEP 6 : PROGRAM PERFORMANCE :
Use of the " " (Clear) key :
During the program, press the " " key during a phase to set its time to zero.
The next phase starts unless you have reached the end of the program.
In this case, this key allows returning to selecting the 1
Disconnecting the electrodes during the program :
If an electrode is disconnected, the channel concerned is reset to
During these 30 sec, the electrode(s) can be reconnected, and power restored to the level required.
STEP 7 : END OF PROGRAM - STOPPING
At the end of the session, the screen proposes to start a new session by blinking the front muscles to select the 1
Restart the starting procedure if you wish to continue on another muscle zone.
Otherwise, press the " " key to stop.
The unit switches to standby after 5 minutes idle.
Recommendations :
The pictograms for upper muscles and for lower muscles are different. Avoid selecting upper muscles and lower muscles, as the unit
would give priority to upper muscles, reducing somewhat the yield of work on lower muscles.

III. USInG ThE UnIT
a. USInG ThE DEVIcE WITh ThE ELEcTRODES
This function allows you to use the adhesive electrodes by connecting them directly to the modules.
You can use the device with 1, 2, 3 or 4 modules.
GETTING STARTED
Remove the plastic backing sheet from the electrodes (photos "A" page 3).
Moisten them by spreading a few drops of water onto the adhesive gel using your fingertips and wait 2 minutes (photo 1-B p. 3).
POSITIONING OF THE ELECTRODES
Fix the electrodes to the module(s) using the snap fasteners (photo "C" page 32).
Position the electrode(s) onto your body.
NB: The electrodes are for personal use. For hygiene reasons, they must always be used by the same person.
STARTING THE PROGRAM:
Start your device by following the «Starting the device» procedure.
Contractions should be firm but must never cause any pain.
If the electrodes cause you any discomfort: reduce the power levels, move the electrode(s) and then gradually increase the power.
Also ensure that the electrodes are sufficiently moistened.
Now that the settings have been optimized, let your device get to work for the full duration of the program.
END OF PROGRAM:
Once the program has finished, switch off the device by pressing the «ON/OFF» button, then disconnect the modules.
Gently remove the electrodes from your skin.
Moisten them slightly with a few drops of water and replace them carefully onto their transparent plastic backing sheet.
Keep the adhesive electrodes in a plastic bag in a cool place (for example, a separate compartment in your refrigerator).
B. USInG ThE DEVIcE WITh ThE BELT
The belt has 2 pairs of snap fasteners onto which 2 wireless electrodes specially designed by SPORT-ELEC® are clipped.
To obtain new electrodes, contact your usual retailer or order them from our website www.sport-elec.com.
wARNING!
Never use the belt without attaching the 2 electrodes provided.
Only use electrodes supplied by SPORT-ELEC®.

CONNECTION AND POSITIONING OF THE bELT.
Check that your device is switched off.

Open out the belt.

Fix the electrodes to the inside of the belt using the snap fasteners.

Place the belt around the waist and adjust it using the Velcro strip, so that there is a good contact between the electrodes and the

skin. If required, use the belt extension.
Once the belt is in position, fix 2 modules onto the snap fasteners.

If you experience any tingling, switch off the device and check that the electrode is in contact with the skin. If the problem

STARTING THE PROGRAM wITH THE bELT
Once your device is connected, make yourself comfortable and switch it on following the «Starting the device» procedure.
You can carry out your normal activities while using the device.
