Defects

It is normal for a few drops of water to escape from the mechanical seal
from time to time. This is especially true during the break-in period.
Depending on the water quality and number of operating hours, the
mechanical seal can begin to leak.
We recommend first informing the swimming pool contractor if there are
irregularities.

Overview – trouble shooting
Problems
Pump is switched off by
the built-in or external
overload switch.
Pump is stuck.
Water is constantly
leaking from the pump.
Loud motor noise.

Checking the pump after the overload switch has tripped.

If the motor has been switched off by the built-in or external overload
switch, carry out the following steps:
1. Disconnect system from the power supply.
2. Turn the motor shaft on the fan side using a screw driver and check

If water pours out constantly, replace the mechanical seal.
if it turns easily.
