Fitting instructions
1)
Remove the spare wheel and the muffler. Definitively remove the 2 bumper supports on bottom of the
bumper and both towing eyes.
2)
Points (A) of mounting pieces (-i) and (-j) fit on the holes where the 2 towing eyes where mounted. Points
(B) fit on the provided holes which are taped off (remove tape). Now bring in heightened pinions (-p) in
this holes and attach mounting pieces (-i) and (-j) with points (A) and (B) on previously mentioned
holes. Apply bolts in points (B), but do not tighten anything yet and apply pinions on the back of the
chassis bar.
Apply mounting pieces (-h) and (-k) on the cleared holes underneath the chassis with points (C) and (C'),

also apply needed bolts and pinions, but do not tighten anything yet. Points (E) and (F) fit with points (E)
and (F) of the mounting pieces (-i) and (-j).
4)
Place towbar with points (D) and (E) on points (D) and (E) of previously assembled mounting pieces (-h),
(-i), (-j) and (-k). Apply needed bolts and pinions and tighten everything firmly.
5)
Attach bumper at points (G) at the bottom of the towbar. Reassemble spare wheel and muffler.
Assemble ( * - *' ) and tighten firmly.
6)

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
