6.9 Positioning the function saveguard of the integrated closing sequence control
1.
Pull out driver as far as possible (

Loosen screws of stop rod (max. ½ rotation) (

Stop rod may not pass under driver.
Pull out stop rod (
X
Distance between edge block and stop is approx. 30 mm
Close moving leaf (
X
Stop rod for function safeguard of the integrated closing sequence control is in position.
Open moving leaf (
X
Tighten screws of stop rod (
X

1 Adjustment closer size
2 Adjustment closing speed
3 Adjustment latching action
4 Cover cap
5 Slide plate
Adjust closing force (1) to match the door width.

Set closing speed (2) and latching action (3).
X
Clip on cover cap (4) and slide plate (5).

In accordance with EN directive for fire protection doors, the door closer must be

set at least to size EN 3.
Adjustment of closing speed in accordance with EN 1154 (closing time approx. 5 s
à
from 90° open position).
Smooth-moving door must be completely closed by the closer!
