Ensure that the wire cable is not pinched.

When adjusted correctly, the disc and the notch must be aligned.
Measure distance between disc and notch (

Open fixed leaf and hold in place (

Tension wire cable by "X" (

one rotation of set screw = approx. 1 mm distance
