Connect
connection 1 with tube 1 of the black box
(PU air hose Ø 6 / 4 mm).
Connect tube P2 of the black box with
pneumatic supply P2 on the machine (PU air
hose Ø 4 / 2,5 mm).
Connect control cable of the pneumatic foot
pedal 4 on tube 4 of the black box. (PU air
hose Ø 4/2,5 mm).
Connect control cable A of the black box
with connection A of the machine (PU air
hose Ø 6/4 mm).
Connect air hose P of the black box with
connection P on the machine (PU air hose Ø
6/4 mm).
Use the pneumatic Crimp Machine UP 14 Z
only with conditioned air (lubricated and
filtered). Standard Filter: 30 µm.
Connect connection air max of the black
box with air hose Ø 6/4 mm to the
compressed air supply.
Air Pressure: 6 bar.
CAUTION
Connect compressed air supply with supplied compressed air tube P1 of the black box

(length 1 m).
The machine can only be depressurized by disconnecting the machine from the main air
+
supply.
INFORMATION
Use only lubricated and filtered compressed air.
