package is replaced since it is quicker and causes less
spreading of dust.
The work is easy if the unit is placed so it can be tilted,
see Figure 15. Also, the filter may be lifted straight up,
see Figure 16, with a crane or other lifting device. The
filter should be extracted into- and stored in a plastic
bag to minimize the spread of filter contents. It is ad-
visable to perform a filter cleaning before replacing
the filter
If the filter bags are replaced separately, the plastic
holders will also have to be replaced.
Figure 17, items A–C, shows how the rubber sealing
rings are to be fitted. When a used sealing ring is to be
re-used, the form when open may differ from the ori-
ginal form as shown in item A.
Use a screwdriver to bring the edge of the module
between the rubber lips to obtain the result shown in
item C.

10.1 Ordering spare parts
When ordering spare parts always state the following:
• The part number and control number (see the
product identification plate).
• Detail number and name of the spare part (see

• Quantity of the parts required.
11 Recycling
The product has been designed for component mater-
ials to be recycled. Different material types must be
handled according to relevant local regulations. Con-
tact the distributor or Nederman if uncertainties arise
when scrapping the product at the end of its service
life.

• Cadmium-free and halogen-free relays in the control
equipment.
