UTILISATION DU COMMUTATEUR BI-NIVEAU

Intérieur du casque (cale de
confort de nuque retirée).
ATTENTION ne pas retirer la
nuque.
Si votre casque est équipé d'un système de communication utilisant un microphone
bas-niveau (dynamique) vous pouvez l'utiliser avec un système de communication de
bord fonctionnant en haut ou bas niveau.
Pour cela il faut
-
identifier le système de communication de l'aéronef : type haut ou bas niveau
Hn ou Bn
avant de brancher le casque passer le commutateur se trouvant derrière la
-
cale de nuque en Haut niveau H (High level) ou Bas niveau L (Low level )
selon le type de système de communication de l'aéronef .
En cas d'utilisation d'un micro haut niveau le commutateur doit rester sur L .
VERIFICATIONS AVANT UTILISATION
Avant utilisation du casque veuillez vérifier :

Coque et cimier : pas de fissure, pas d'enfoncement, aramide ou carbone
non apparents, vis et inserts dans leur logement,
Cimier : fermé et verrouillé

Ecrans : pas de cassure, pas de rayure importante dans le champ de vision,
bon fonctionnement montée / descente et efficacité des crans haut et bas,
-
Jugulaire : bon fonctionnement de la boucle, sangle non déchirée non
arrachée des points d'ancrage,
Kit confort : en place, réglage du confort effectué.

DESCRIPTION OF COMPONENTS
•
Helmet's outer cap :
- a shell made from high performance composite materials, an inner shell made from
covered, shock absorbent expanded polystyrene.
•
Helmet's inner cap :
- the comfortable T-shaped spacer,
- the comfortable neck spacer.
These may be adapted to the morphology of the wearer by adjusting the comfortable T-
shaped spacer and the neck spacer adjusting the pressure in the ear cup cavities on the
ears.
•
The helmet has 2 protective visors, an inner visor and an outer visor.
•
The noise protection ear cup :
- two ear cups, with earphone housing,
- two ergonomic design comfortable leather ear flaps with.
These ear cups ensure a good noise protection degree and are attached to the interior of
the shell using self-gripping pads.
•
The helmet 4 points chin-strap is adjustable with opened chin cup.
The 2-piece leather chin-cup ensures ventilation and may be slid under the chin if using a
mask.
•
The helmet is delivered with protective bag and an adjustment kit.
•
The helmet may be fitted with a wide range of communication systems and with Night
Vision Goggles supports, on demand.
FITTING THE HELMET
Hold the helmet by the two
edges on the bottom of the shell
and place the helmet on your
head.
Adjust the height of the helmet
over your forehead:
Carefully lower the inner visor
into its lower position; in this
position, adjust the helmet so
that the visor is not touching
your nose.
