• My headset will not enter pairing mode
Make sure that any devices previously paired
with the headset are turned off, then turn the
headset off and on (close and reopen
earpiece). You'll hear "Sliver II is ready to
pair" .
• My phone doesn't find my headset when
searching
Press and hold the Call button, and turn the
headset off and on (close and reopen
earpiece). Follow the voice prompts to reset
