A value input (target position) is requested by the TD 390 by a pulse
applied to input 32.5 (ON/OFF switch).
After entering a new value in the TD 390, the TD 390 displays the
entered value "New target xx.xxx m" (now in the "Display Messages"
operating mode) (see Section 3.2, DB51, 3rd text block)
